Bryan Cantrell was one of a team of trial attorneys who collaborated in obtaining a verdict against an air craft engine manufacturer for more than $96 million in Grimes County, Texas over issues regarding the commercial fraud and the design of engine crankshaft.

Bryan and Hans obtained a verdict against Greyhound Bus Lines in excess of $1,000,000.00, including exemplary damages, for injuries arising from Greyhound’s driver not maintaining a safe following distances on I-45 in Montgomery County, Texas.  This case was ultimately settled on appeal.

Hans and Bryan obtained a verdict in excess of $100,000.00 for a client who had a back injury after being rear-ended in the Woodlands, Texas—more than doubling the offer of the driver’s insurer.

Bryan and Hans obtained a $1,000,000.00 settlement for a young man who was injured when a tractor trailer with blacked out running lights illegally blocked Highway 59 in Polk County, TX.  This matter was quickly resolved by the firm’s efforts in the days after the accident to obtain to critical video footage from a convenience store near where the accident occurred, thereby eliminating any plausible defense on behalf of the trucking company.

Bryan and Hans obtained a settlement in excess of $2,000,000.00 from an oil service company whose trucker failed to comply with a stop sign and blocked highway 164 in Freestone County, Texas.

Hans and Bryan obtained a settlement in excess of $1,000,000.00 for a couple riding a motorcycle who were injured when struck by a drunk driver in Refugio, Texas who was leaving a corporate fishing outing near Port Aransas.

Hans, in collaboration with another local Huntsville firm, obtained a $300,000.00 settlement on behalf of developer who alleged that he was poorly represented by his architect and his project manager.

Hans obtained a $300,000.00 settlement for physician who was rear-ended by a drunk driver on Highway 290 in Harris County, Texas.

Bryan has obtained numerous not guilty verdicts in criminal cases including murders, aggravated assaults, robberies, DWI,  intoxication assaults, drug cases, and traffic tickets.  Bryan has extensive experience trying criminal cases throughout Texas.
